No complaint's solid first aid course, dense with information and consistent in it's teaching methods.

Engaging as well.
I personally really enjoyed the course as I've learned many new things but also refreshed on topics I already knew. I also liked the way the course was structured through both video and written parts.

The course was very good. Clear digestible online modules. Good video communication and audio communication. I would not like the responsibility of being a first aider without doing a face to face course. The Course I did in London Bridge with trainer Ynes was exceptionally good. Able to practice CPR and using a difibrillator and challenged to think through actions on various scenarios.
